We both felt some of the exceptional points we experienced were good communication during all phases of construction, offering up-front options to architectural conflicts, professional leadership in the field that was accessible and responsive to our calls, maintaining a list of top quality sub-contractors that provided quality workmanship and services to our new home, maintaining high ethical and professional standards for your team and all sub-contractors. Terry and Marcus were a pleasure to work with and were always responsive to our calls during the construction and even after our occupancy. I am not sure this is a typical experience with new home construction, but I am glad Mandy and I chose Heartwood and would recommend you to any prospective home owner.
