We are settling in and enjoying our beautiful, comfortable Heartwood Home. To say that Heartwood Custom Homes builds a quality home would be an understatement! Anyone observing your work from start to finish can plainly see that. What may not be as evident to potential new home clients are the many personal attributes that put you guys “head and shoulders” above other custom home builders. Some of these qualities are: your total commitment to client, your insistence upon top quality throughout, terrific organizational skills, creativity with an eye for design; all reflected in the pride you take in building a home. We truly appreciate your patience, ease of communication and accessibility (I think you even returned a call while away for a week-end hunt.) We always felt like you had plenty of time for us and that continues even today with minor little things. It is a good feeling to know that you are still there for us.
