Very Pleased!

Rhonda and I want to send you this note and let you know how pleased we are with our home. It is wonderful and we are thankful it was built by Heartwood. We appreciate the significant time and effort you placed on the building details and the time you dedicated to us in making our home everything we wanted it to be. Not only is the house beautiful and exactly what we wanted, but also your invaluable guidance thought the process was fantastic. I know we asked a lot of each of you; questioning, inspecting and generally nosing through everything, but we gained a tremendous understanding of the process and what it really takes to be a general manager and contractor in these ever changing construction times. After 30 years as a contract manager, I especially want to thank both of you for taking the time to sit down and go through the contract and construction documents prior to our starting. It may have been time consuming but it was a tribute to your character and integrity to ensure we understood these documents. THANK YOU! What can I say? We love the interior trim work, the wonderful hardwood floors and the great tile work. Also, we very much appreciate the final punch list work being done so promptly; what little there was to do!
