When we decided to build our wonderful home in High Meadow Ranch, we did a great deal of research and selected Heartwood Homes to build our home. I was a Realtor for almost 25 years and had sold many homes that were “new” construction and observed many different builders -some great and some not so great. Frederick Roberts is definitely one of the best builders in the business. He has great attention to detail and builds a home that is constructed to the highest standards. During the entire process he was always patient and would offer suggestions when asked. Frederick’s favorite expression was ” no problem” and he made every effort to build a home for us that was exactly what we had in mind. Frederick also paid close attention to the financial part of the construction- it would be very easy to go over budget, and he kept excellent records and kept us informed of all expenses and would offer options to keep cost within our budget. We have been in our home almost a year and love it as much today as the day we moved into the house. One of the ways builders “drop the ball” is in warranty work. Heartwood Custom Homes always promptly returned our calls and took care of any issue without us ever having to make a second call.
